Google Drawing is an often overlooked feature of Google drive that’s simple to learn, and surprisingly powerful. Learn how to navigate the user interface, create simple drawings, diagram, and illustrations, then take it to the next step. This session will cover the tools and techniques and give you the knowledge to apply what you’ve learned right in your classroom. Take drawing out of the art class, and extend student learning by getting them creating visual art right in Google Drive.

Program Highlights:

  • The basics of Google Drawings, from shapes and text to zooming, panning and duplicating.

  • Navigating the UI, and becoming a fast and efficient Google Artist

  • Inserting and manipulating images, creating linked “hotspots,” and publishing

  • Embedding your images into your Google Site
